Information Awareness Month is co-ordinated by the Institute for Information Management. It is a collaborative event between various bodies within the records, archives, library, knowledge, information and data management communities. The theme for 2015 is “Information-As-A-Service”.
The purpose of Information Awareness Month is to increase public awareness of information and its place in all aspects of daily life. IAM is an opportunity to promote the value of good information practices and policies and information management across organisations.
