Every NSW public sector agency that is bound by the PPIP Act must prepare and implement a privacy management plan (plan).

NSW privacy laws require NSW public sector agencies and staff to safeguard the privacy of the personal information they collect, store and use.

This checklist will assist staff at NSW public sector agencies to comply with the PPIP Act and HRIP Act.
