MNDB Scheme Trends Report

 

Quarterly statistics

The IPC publishes an interactive dashboard with quarterly statistical information about eligible data breach notifications received by the Privacy Commissioner to assist NSW public sector agencies and the public to understand the operation of the MNDB Scheme.

Dashboard data is collated from data reported by agencies in accordance with the MNDB Scheme since its commencement on 28 November 2023.

Note: The MNDB Scheme commenced on 28 November 2023. FY2023–24 Quarter 2 data runs from 28 November – 31 December 2023. In addition, the data reflects data that is reported at the time, and may vary slightly were an assessment of eligibility is reviewed
